At SeaGlow Organics, we are committed to providing high-quality, fresh wellness products. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Returns
Because our products include consumable and perishable items such as juices, sea moss gels, and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or consumed products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a damaged product.

Food Safety & Perishable Products
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

- Fresh juices
- Wellness shots
- Any opened consumable products

Lost or Stolen Packages
SeaGlow Organics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
